What we store

Your email address — to sign you in (no passwords) and send the alerts you asked for.
Your saved trips and hut watches — route, dates, party size — so we know what to check.
Subscription status — your plan and Stripe customer/subscription IDs if you upgrade to Pro. We never see or store card numbers.

That's it. No advertising, no analytics trackers, no sale of data. The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

Who processes it

Stripe — payments and subscription billing (your email and payment details, under Stripe's privacy policy).
Amazon Web Services (EU) — hosting, and Amazon SES sends our emails.
Cloudflare — DNS/traffic in front of the site.

Emails

We only email you about your own trips and account: sign-in links, availability alerts, and billing. Every alert email has an unsubscribe/manage link that works without signing in.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your saved trips any time from your account; to delete your account and data entirely, email us and we will remove it (billing records are kept as long as tax law requires). Under GDPR/UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and you can complain to your data-protection authority.
